All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center based in the United States. We process orders quickly and ensure each piece is carefully packaged before heading your way.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 11:00 PM CST (Chicago time) are processed the next business day (Monday to Saturday). Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days within the United States. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required. Because treating yourself shouldn’t come with extra fees.

4. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your delivery anytime and watch your sparkle arrive.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Just send us an email at service@noraluxe.store, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
