Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Central Standard Time, Chicago) are processed the next business day (Monday through Saturday). We aim to prepare and ship your jewelry with the care and speed it deserves.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the United States.

Estimated transit time is typically 4–7 business days (Monday through Saturday), depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items at noraluxe.store. We’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
